Three-bedroom condos in Reunion: how to pick one

If you want a 3-bedroom vacation rental in Reunion, Florida, the honest starting point is this: almost everything in our Reunion portfolio at that size is a condo, not a detached house, and that is a good thing for the trip most people are planning. Three separate bedrooms, a real kitchen, a washer and dryer in the unit, a balcony over a fairway, and six miles of road between you and the Disney gates. We manage 24 properties in Reunion. The ones below are the three-bedroom condos worth comparing first, and they differ from each other in ways that actually decide trips.
Reunion sits in Kissimmee, gated, laid out around three championship golf courses with the Reunion Grande at the center. The practical geography: Animal Kingdom is the closest Disney park, Magic Kingdom the farthest inside the resort, and Disney Springs is an easy run. Universal and SeaWorld are a longer drive out toward I-4 and International Drive. Celebration's Town Center, with its lakeside restaurants and free parking, is a short hop northeast if you want a night that isn't a theme park.
Start with the bathroom count, not the bedroom count
Every condo here sleeps six in three bedrooms, typically a king primary, a second king or queen, and a third room with two full beds. That part is nearly identical across the board. What separates them is bathrooms, and for two families sharing, bathrooms decide the morning.
Golf Course View | 3BR | $50 Theme Park Credit has two bathrooms: a primary en-suite with dual sinks, a soaking tub and walk-in shower, plus a second full bath with a tub/shower combo. It's in Heritage Crossing, on the ground floor, overlooking the 11th green of the Palmer course, with two terraces and two pools a short walk away. Ground-floor access with strollers and park bags is worth more than people expect.
Compare that to Lux Golf-View Condo w/ $50 Theme Park Credit, where all three bedrooms have their own bathroom. First floor, newly renovated, looking out at the 11th and 12th holes of the Watson course across a double patio. The living room has a 75-inch smart TV and there are smart TVs in every bedroom, which matters more than it should when two sets of kids want different things after a park day. The Pack 'n Play and high chair are provided at no extra charge.
The one with the corner balcony
Of the five, Golf Condo w/ Pools and $50 Park Credit is the one I'd pick for a group that wants to spend evenings at home. It's the largest of the set, a renovated corner unit on the second floor with elevator access, and the balcony wraps the corner over the 14th hole of the Watson course with the Reunion Grande in the frame. Three bedrooms, three en-suite bathrooms. There's a PlayStation 4 with games, board games in the cupboard, and a dining table that seats six to seven, which is the difference between eating together and eating in shifts.
It's also the only one of these five that takes a pet, one, with prior approval and a fee. If you're driving down with the dog, that narrows the list to one address immediately.
Two balconies, two kings, and a reason to care
3BR Golf View w/ $50 Theme Park Credit sits on the second floor of Heritage Crossing with two furnished balconies, one off the living area and one off the primary suite through glass doors. Two of the three bedrooms have king beds, which is the layout you want when the trip is two couples plus kids rather than one family. Two Heritage Crossing pools are within walking distance, and the listing allows long-term stays, so it's the one to ask about if you're thinking in months rather than nights. Note that no BBQ grills are permitted at the condos.
Then there's Pleasant Reunion Condo & $50 Theme Park Credit in Centre Court Ridge, third floor with elevator, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a double balcony that catches the sunset. It's steps from a resort pool and a short walk to the Reunion Grande. The pull here is Seven Eagles Pool, with its two jacuzzis and The Cove Bar & Grille doing light meals, smoothies and a full bar. If your idea of a good afternoon is the parks until two and the pool until dinner, that walk is the whole argument.

Golf views are views. Tee times are a separate conversation
Worth being clear, because the listing names make it sound otherwise: a balcony over the Palmer or Watson course does not come with golf. Access to the Reunion waterpark, the golf courses and the tennis courts is not included for rental guests at these condos. Guests do get a pool access card good for eight resort pools and the fitness center, plus the resort's restaurants and bars, and the resort has seven of them, including the rooftop Eleven and 7593 Chophouse. For tee times, Golf Now is where guests have had luck.
So if the trip is built around playing championship golf at Reunion, book the view, plan the round separately, and don't assume the two travel together.
A bigger place, if six isn't enough
Three bedrooms and six beds covers most families. If you're at seven or eight, two of our Reunion homes keep the three-bedroom footprint and stretch the capacity. Gathering paradise with golf view and game room sits in the Homestead division and sleeps eight, with a pool, spa and game room, which is a different kind of evening entirely from a condo balcony. Stylish lux condo w/ $50 Theme Park Credit Near Disney is a modern three-bedroom, three-bath corner condo with golf views that also sleeps eight.
What a weekend here actually looks like
Short trips work well in Reunion precisely because the condos are self-contained. You arrive by keypad, no front desk, no key pickup, with the address and code sent before you get in. The kitchens are fully equipped, so the first stop is usually one of the two Publix stores near the resort, one in ChampionsGate Village and one out at Old Lake Wilson Road. Then nobody has to leave again until they want to.
If you're not doing parks, Celebration's Town Center on Sycamore Street is walkable and close. Posner Park, out where I-4 meets US 27, handles the practical shopping. The Vineland Premium Outlets are a reasonable run up toward I-4 exit 68. A car makes all of this easier, though Uber and Lyft get in and out of the resort without trouble.
Booking: what to sort out before you commit
Rates, minimum stays and holiday availability move constantly, especially over Thanksgiving and the stretch between Christmas and New Year. Check the live calendar on the property page for your dates rather than working from a season's rough shape. Booking direct with us carries a best rate guarantee, and we're locally owned and independently operated, managing homes across Greater Orlando for more than twenty years.
The $50 theme park credit applies to the listings where it's stated, redeemed through a partner ticketing site with a promo code emailed after you book, valid for tickets purchased for your stay dates. It covers Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Gatorland, Aquatica and more. Confirm the current terms when you book.
Every home is inspected before you arrive and cleaned to hotel standards between guests. If something isn't right at eleven at night, support is local and it's answered around the clock. That's the part of the service you hope you never need and notice immediately when you do.
