Three-bedroom condos at Reunion, with golf out the window

You want three bedrooms inside the gates at Reunion and you want golf. Good news first: we manage a deep run of three-bedroom condos here, most of them looking straight out at one of the resort's signature courses by Nicklaus, Palmer and Watson. The thing to settle before booking is the part that catches golfers out: a condo with a fairway view is not the same as a tee time. Golf, the waterpark and the tennis courts sit outside rental guest access at Reunion, so the round gets arranged separately. The pools, the fitness centre and the restaurants come with the pool card we hand you.
So the real question is which view, which floor, and how your six people divide up the bathrooms. That we can answer precisely.
The quick comparison
Five three-bedroom condos, all in Reunion, all sleeping six, all with a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and a jacuzzi tub. The differences follow.
- Golf Course View | 3BR | $50 Theme Park Credit — Heritage Crossing, ground floor, two terraces over the 11th green of the Palmer course. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, around 1,350 sq ft. Gym access.
- 3BR Golf View w/ $50 Theme Park Credit — also Heritage Crossing, second floor with elevator, two furnished balconies, two king bedrooms, two bathrooms. Long-term stays allowed.
- Lux Golf-View Condo w/ $50 Theme Park Credit — first floor over the 11th and 12th of the Watson course, renovated, around 1,590 sq ft, double patio, a bathroom off every bedroom.
- Golf Condo w/ Pools and $50 Park Credit — corner unit, second floor, around 1,700 sq ft, three en-suite bedrooms, views of the 14th on the Watson and the Reunion Grande. Pet friendly with approval.
- Pleasant Reunion Condo & $50 Theme Park Credit — Centre Court Ridge, third floor with elevator, around 1,555 sq ft, three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, double balcony facing the sunset rather than a fairway.
Six is the number, in every one of them
Each of these five sleeps six, and the bed layout barely varies: a king primary with a dual-sink en suite and a soaking tub, a second bedroom with a king or queen, a third with two full beds. That last room is why they work for two couples travelling with kids, or for four golfers who'd rather not share.
If your group runs larger, Reunion offers other shapes. Gathering paradise with golf view and game room is a three-bedroom house in the Homestead division that sleeps eight, with its own pool, spa and game room, which changes the evening entirely once the kids are done with the parks. Stylish lux condo w/ $50 Theme Park Credit Near Disney is a corner condo with golf views that also takes eight.
Which golf view you actually want
They're not interchangeable. The corner balcony at the Golf Condo w/ Pools gives you the 14th on the Watson with the Reunion Grande standing behind it. It's the largest of the five, every bedroom has its own bathroom, and it's the only one in this group that takes a dog, with prior approval and a fee. There's a PlayStation and a shelf of board games for the afternoon the weather turns.
For the Palmer, go to Golf Course View | 3BR in Heritage Crossing. Two terraces, ground floor, the 11th green in front of you, two pools a short walk away. Two bathrooms rather than three, so it suits one family better than two couples.
The Lux Golf-View Condo sits on the first floor over the 11th and 12th of the Watson, renovated throughout, double patio, an en suite off each bedroom. If comfort at the end of a long day is what you're buying, I'd put you here.
I include Pleasant Reunion Condo with a caveat: its double balcony catches the sunset, not a fairway. It earns its place on position. Centre Court Ridge puts you steps from a resort pool and within walking distance of the Reunion Grande, and the Seven Eagles pool, two jacuzzis and the Cove Bar & Grill, is the one guests keep walking back to. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, third floor with an elevator.
Floors, elevators and the luggage question
Nobody thinks about this until arrival day. The ground-floor units, Golf Course View | 3BR and the Lux Golf-View Condo, mean nothing gets carried up anything, which matters more with a stroller and a cooler than with a golf bag. 3BR Golf View is second floor with elevator access and garage parking, and it allows long-term stays, so ask about that one for a month in winter. Check-in everywhere is keypad entry with the code sent ahead, no office, no key handover.
How the golf actually gets arranged
Reunion is the only resort anywhere with three signature courses by Nicklaus, Palmer and Watson on a single property, and the driving range sits at the Reunion Grande. None of that access is bundled into a rental reservation here. Guests look for tee times through Golf Now, and that's what I'd do first, before locking dates, if the round is the reason for the trip rather than a bonus on top of it.
What does come with the condo: a pool access card for eight resort pools and the fitness centre, plus the restaurants and bars inside the gates, 7593 Chophouse among them. The waterpark and tennis courts sit outside guest access along with the golf.
Golf trip, park trip, or both
Most groups who book these do both, and the geography is kind. Reunion has two exits onto I-4 right by its entrances, so Disney runs roughly ten to fifteen minutes depending on the park and the traffic, Animal Kingdom being the closest. Universal is closer to half an hour, SeaWorld about the same. Orlando International is a little under thirty miles, call it half an hour on a decent run via 417 and I-4. Champions Gate is practically next door, Celebration a few minutes up the road.
Take a car. Uber and Lyft get in and out of the gates without trouble and there's a first-come shuttle for a per-person charge, but with a tee time on one side of the day and a park on the other you'll want your own keys.
All five condos include a $50 theme park credit, redeemable through our partner ticketing site against Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Gatorland, Aquatica and more. The code lands in your inbox after booking.
Before you book
Three things decide this, in order: the bathroom count against your group, which course you want to look at, and whether you need ground-floor access. Sort those and any of the five will do the job.
Then check rates, minimum stays and availability on the property page itself, since those move with the season and Reunion's calendar fills early. We're locally owned, independently operated, and have been doing this across greater Orlando for more than twenty years. Every home gets inspected, cleaned to hotel standard between guests, and backed by a team on the ground here. Book direct for our best rate.
